A solid playable that rarely gets cut (5.2/10).
Why. A six-mana artifact: tap it and sacrifice artifacts so the target player adds three mana of the chosen colour for each one. It is a theoretical combo piece, not a common draft tool.
Risks. Six mana to do nothing on its own. You need several artifacts to sacrifice, and the payoff only matters if you have something to spend the mana on.
In the draft. Ignore it in draft, barring a very unusual artifact deck. Only take it at the very end of a pack.
