Why. A two-mana 1/1 flier that gets a +1/+1 counter when another Villain enters under your control, once per turn. In a deck full of Villains it is a steadily growing flier.
Risks. Without other Villains it is a 1/1 flier for two, weak and fragile. It only grows once per turn, however many Villains you play.
In the draft. A card for a Villain deck. Don't take it early without Villains; with them it becomes decent.
