Why. For one white mana you draw a card at your end step by tapping two creatures or Treasures. In a deck that does not attack with everything, it is a steady card engine.
Risks. Each turn you need two untapped creatures or Treasures, or you sacrifice the enchantment. Tapping creatures at end of turn also leaves them unable to block until your next untap.
