Silk, Web Weaver
Rare · Legendary Creature — Spider Human Hero
8.2Very goodRank 10 of 188
One of the 10 best cards of the set (8.2/10).
Why. A 3/5 that makes a 1/1 Human Citizen token each time you cast a creature spell, so your board widens every turn. Web-slinging makes it cheaper when you have a tapped creature to return, and its five-mana ability gives the whole team +2/+2 and vigilance.
Risks. It needs both green and white, and Web-slinging forces you to return a tapped creature, which costs tempo. With few creatures, the token engine is slow.
In the draft. A very high pick for a green-white creature deck. It wins long games alone through tokens and the team pump; look for as many cheap creatures as possible.
