Pick rating

7.0GoodRank 29 of 188

A very good rare of the format (7.0/10).

Why. A white-blue Equipment that attaches itself to a creature when it enters and gives it +2/+2. Whenever that creature deals combat damage to a player, you draw a card for each modified creature you control, which adds up to big draws.

Risks. You need a creature that connects, and a blocker or removal denies you the gain. Four mana for two colours, and the payoff relies on modified creatures.

In the draft. A good card for a blue-white deck with modified creatures or evasion. Take it at a middling pick; it is better with flying attackers.
