Why. A two-mana counterspell that only counters a white or black spell. Against those colors it answers anything for two, but it is a sideboard card: it only works if the opponent is in those colors.

Risks. It is dead against any other color, and you cannot know in advance what you will face. Many opponents will never give it a target.

In the draft. Do not main-deck it without information on your opponents. Take it at the very end of the pack, or pass it.
