Arachne, Psionic Weaver
Rare · Legendary Creature — Spider Human Hero
6.2GoodRank 59 of 188
Good playable that always makes the cut (6.2/10).
Why. A three-mana 3/3, or just one white mana with web-slinging. As it enters, you look at the opponent's hand and choose a noncreature card type whose spells cost one more.
Risks. The tax applies to your own spells of the chosen type too. To cast it for one mana you need a tapped creature to return.
In the draft. A good white creature to take fairly early. It gives information, a big body and strong tempo.
