Araña, Heart of the Spider
Rare · Legendary Creature — Spider Human Hero
6.8GoodRank 37 of 188
A very good rare of the format (6.8/10).
Why. A three-mana 3/3 that grows an attacker every time you attack. When a modified creature connects with the opponent, you exile the top card and may play it this turn, which keeps the cards flowing.
Risks. She asks for both red and white. Without regular attacks or modified creatures, the second ability rarely fires, and she trades easily in combat.
In the draft. A good gold card for an aggressive red-white deck. Look for Equipment, Auras or counter effects so that you have modified creatures.
