Mysterio, Master of Illusion
Rare · Legendary Creature — Human Villain
7.0GoodRank 33 of 188
A very good rare of the format (7.0/10).
Why. A 3/3 that creates a 3/3 blue Illusion Villain creature token for each nontoken Villain you control, himself included: for four mana, at least two 3/3 bodies. They are exiled if he leaves the battlefield.
Risks. The tokens are exiled if he leaves: removal on him wipes it all. The bonus depends on other Villains, so he is stronger in a deck with several.
In the draft. A late pick for a blue deck with Villains. Even on his own, he brings two bodies for four mana.
