Kraven the Hunter
Rare · Legendary Creature — Human Warrior Villain
7.0GoodRank 32 of 188
A very good rare of the format (7.0/10).
Why. A 4/3 trampler for three mana, well above the curve. It draws a card and grows when the opponent's creature with the greatest power dies, which rewards trading.
Risks. It needs both colours, black and green. Its toughness of three makes it vulnerable to damage. The trigger depends on the opponent's biggest creature dying.
In the draft. A good body for three mana, but it needs two specific colours: a filler pick in a black-green deck, even if its ability does not always trigger.
