A solid playable that rarely gets cut (4.6/10).
Why. For one mana you get three uses: pay two mana, tap it and remove a film counter to copy an activated or triggered ability you control, with new targets if you like. If one of your abilities is powerful, the copy doubles its value.
Risks. It does nothing on its own and costs mana for every copy, with only three counters. Without strong abilities to repeat, it is a dead card in hand.
In the draft. Play it only if your deck has several strong abilities worth copying. Too specialised for an early pick.
