Why. A two-mana sorcery with two modes: mill three cards to take a permanent card into your hand and gain 3 life, or destroy a creature with flying. The second mode is real removal against one kind of threat.
Risks. The removal mode only hits fliers. The other mode is slow and gives little direct advantage.
In the draft. A good green deck pick against fliers, or a sideboard card. More interesting if your table plays many of them.
