Tarkir: Dragonstorm (TDM)

Harmonize

The rule

You may cast the card from your graveyard for its harmonize cost, tapping one of your creatures to reduce that cost by its power, and then the card is exiled.

In play

A spell you can use twice: the second cast is expensive but becomes affordable if you control creatures with high power.
