Secrets of Strixhaven (SOS)

Repartee

The rule

An effect whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell that targets a creature.

In play

You need a good number of spells that target creatures (removal, combat tricks); with them, these creatures grow, fly, drain or make tokens with every such spell.
