Anti-Venom, Horrifying Healer
Mythic · Legendary Creature — Symbiote Hero
6.0PlayableRank 69 of 188
Good playable that always makes the cut (6.0/10).
Why. A 5/5 that returns a creature card from your graveyard when cast, and turns every point of damage dealt to it into +1/+1 counters instead of dying. On the ground it is nearly impossible to beat through combat or damage spells.
Risks. Five white mana means a mono-white or very heavy white deck. Removal that destroys, exiles or forces a sacrifice goes around its protection, and the recursion needs a creature already in the graveyard.
In the draft. Take it when you are already firmly white and can run a lot of Plains. Outside that shell it usually stays in the sideboard.
