Cosmic Spider-Man
Mythic · Legendary Creature — Spider Human Hero
8.9BombRank 4 of 188
One of the 10 best cards of the set (8.9/10).
Why. A 5/5 with flying, first strike, trample, lifelink and haste: it dominates combat the turn it lands. At the beginning of combat on your turn, every other Spider you control gets the same abilities.
Risks. The cost needs all five colours, so it only fits a heavily stretched deck with serious fixing. It still dies to removal.
In the draft. Only take it if you are really building five colours, or close, with fixing lands. Otherwise it is an enthusiast card and passing it is fine in a normal deck.
