Why. A three-mana instant: the target creature deals damage equal to its power to itself. It handles big creatures, and if the creature is attacking its controller also takes 2 damage.
Risks. It does not kill a creature whose power is below its toughness, so it is weak against small ones. It can also target your own creatures, so misuse hurts.
In the draft. Conditional but useful removal, strongest against big creatures. Take it mid-pack, with other options for small creatures.
