Second card drawn

The rule

Several cards react when you draw your second card each turn: your draw-step draw counts as the first, so a single extra draw effect is enough to trigger them.

In play

It pairs with draw effects (connive, card draw spells): one extra draw per turn turns the ability on, you do not need to stack several.
