Edge of Eternities (EOE)
Released August 1, 2025 · 261 rated cards
Artwork: Ouroboroid
- Ten archetypes: all ten colour pairs are played, each with its own gold cards.
- Spacecraft are artifacts that only become creatures after Station: 27 cards in the set have that ability, Planets included.
- The set is full of artifacts: 34 artifact creatures, Robot tokens and Lander tokens that fetch a basic land.
- Warp and Void add rhythm: you cast a creature cheaply, then cast it again from exile, and some cards reward a permanent leaving the battlefield.

What players think
Edge of Eternities rewards early board presence, with widespread removal and little fixing (no common dual lands). Green is seen as the strongest color, and opinions differ on archetypes: some put Ramp and Landfall first, ahead of +1/+1 Counters , Landfall and Landers and Second Spell , while others call Second Spell the best deck. Our games back up green: Ramp and Landfall leads and Landfall and Landers is second. However, Second Spell stays mid-table, and the reanimator deck, highly praised, is among the last along with Artifact Army and Tapped Creatures , which players rate poorly.

Mechanics of the set
Station
Tap another creature you control: put charge counters equal to its power on this Spacecraft or Planet (only as a sorcery). At the listed threshold, a Spacecraft becomes an artifact creature.
Warp
You may cast the card from your hand for its warp cost; it is exiled at the beginning of the next end step, then you may cast it from exile on a later turn.
Void
Ability word: the bonus applies if a nonland permanent left the battlefield this turn or a spell was warped this turn.
Landfall
An effect each time a land enters the battlefield under your control.
Lander
A Lander token is an artifact: for two mana, tap it and sacrifice it to search for a basic land card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.

To remember
- Count your high-power creatures: 27 cards in the set have Station, and each tapped creature charges a Spacecraft by its power.
- A Spacecraft is not a creature before its threshold: Gravkill and Embrace Oblivion name it, so it stays vulnerable.
- 32 cards have a warp cost: cast them early for a small price, then cast them again; creatures with an enter effect get it twice.
- Void is on 14 cards: take cards that make a permanent leave or cast a warped spell, otherwise the bonus is rarely active.
Intrinsic ratings: they do not take into account the cards you have already picked. They matter most for the first pick of the first pack.
